Please note that a priority order only applies to one individual ring. Additional orders must be purchased for each ring you want to have prioritized.
If, for some reason, your ring does not ship in 21 days for reasons beyond our control, this cost will be reimbursed to you, and you will have the option of cancelling your order.

How long will it take my product to arrive?
Current production time for rings is 6 - 8 weeks, plus shipping time. Our Priority Manufacturing upgrade speeds things up and gets a ring made in 21 days or less. Please contact us for details.

How can we return or exchange the ring?
We offer free returns and exchanges if a ring breaks or does not fit properly due to a manufacturing error. Exchanges or returns will not be honoured if the ring was made to the order’s specification, so please ensure you have ordered the correct size.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is shipped an email is automatically sent to the email address provided on your order. Orders can be tracked by clicking the appropriate link in the shipment email. If we don't have an email address on file or if you did not receive an email shipment notification please check your order history for shipment information. Please make sure emails from us are not blocked.
