This "skeletonized" kiridashi is the newest additional to our little shop. It is lightweight, rugged and exceptionally handy. 

We base almost all of our pocket knife designs on the traditional Japanese kiridashi form because it is ideally suited to almost any daily task. The flat pointed blade profile makes it ideal for detail work and slicing and the ergonomic handle means its very comfortable in hand despite not having wood scales. This keeps it slim and compact.

The Skeleton Dashi is the perfect choice if you are looking for a gift for that knife lover in your life. Its a useful knife that is unlike almost any other knife on the market; a classic design with a modern twist.

The knife measures 5.5" with a cutting edge just over 2". It is crafted from 1095 high carbon steel, a blade steel known for its edge retention and toughness. This steel is not stainless so please follow the care instructions included with your knife.

Leather sleeves are custom made to fit each blade. Select which colour you prefer to customize yours. A leather lanyard cord that is matched to the sheath.

Our blades are made with high carbon steel. This steel is known for its edge retention and durability. However, unlike stainless steel these blades will naturally oxidize over time and gain a beautiful patina.

If for some reason our knives fail to perform as they should, we will replace or repair them at no cost to you. Note that this guarantee does not apply if the knife has been misused or improperly cared for.
