The Aleman features the same flat, pointed kiridashi blade profile we've refined across our entire pocket knife lineup, paired with an integrated bottle opener built right into the handle. It's a minimalist fixed blade that does more than it lets on — precise enough for detail work and slicing, practical enough for the end of a long day on the trail or at the campfire.

Crafted from a single piece of 1095 high carbon steel — a blade steel prized for its edge retention and toughness — the Aleman is built to hold up for decades of daily use. The low profile leather sleeve fits comfortably in a front or back pocket and tosses easily into a day pack or purse. Each sleeve is custom made to fit the blade and comes with a matching leather lanyard cord in your choice of colour.

Because it's not stainless steel, just follow the simple care instructions included with your knife to keep the knife in top condition.

Our blades are made with high carbon steel. This steel is known for its edge retention and durability. However, unlike stainless steel these blades will naturally oxidize over time and gain a beautiful patina.

Our knives are designed with everyday use in mind and come with an Everyday Structural Guarantee. If for some reason our knives fail to perform as they should, we will replace or repair them at no cost to you. Note that this guarantee does not apply if the knife has been misused or improperly cared for.
